If you are not satisfied with the service, or if you do not achieve any results after adhering to the prescribed nutrition and training program, you may request a cancellation and full refund within four (4) weeks from the commencement date of the program. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide reasonable evidence of compliance with the program guidelines as instructed. Refund requests submitted after the four-week period will not be accepted.

I have limited client spots because I want to ensure each client feels supported. Having a few clients allows me to respond quickly, spot problems early, and actually coach — not just hand out programs.
I set affordable prices that are realistic for the long term because real, sustainable transformations don’t happen in 8 weeks. I want my clients to stay long enough to get amazing results and learn to maintain them.
I offer a personalized approach. Your coaching adapts to your schedule, stress levels, preferences, and experience. For example, you can only train at home; I’ll create an exercise plan specifically for that. Dairy-free, coeliac, vegetarian, or vegan - I have experience to help you. Hate meal plans -we start with habits and portions instead. Low energy and time - we adjust volume and recovery.
I had quite a challenging time during my student years, and I gained a lot of weight very quickly. When I became overweight, I started struggling a lot with my body image and fitness. I hated how I looked, I hated the feeling of my fat jiggling when I walked, and I hated not being able to fit into my favorite clothes!
Being young and impatient, I crash-dieted and pushed my body to the limit in the gym, doing multiple excruciating training and cardio sessions a day. I ended up ruining my health, losing my menstrual cycle, and developing mineral deficiencies.
It took me years and over $5,000 in education and trial-and-error to learn how to lose weight quickly, sustainably, and healthily. Fast forward — I became a certified coach, helped dozens of women, won a bodybuilding competition in 2019, and continue to support women around the world through my social media.

You've got questions. I've got answers.
No, I’ve worked with beginners many times before. To help you feel confident during your workouts, I can include detailed notes under each exercise so you know how to perform them safely and correctly. In addition, every exercise comes with video instructions. If you’d like, I can also review your form remotely — just send me a short recording of you performing the exercise.
Not necessarily. I can prepare bodyweight home workouts for you if you don't have a gym access or equipment. Trust me there is a lot you can do with just your bodyweight.
I work very closely with your schedule, experience, preferences and health. For example, if realistically you can only train twice a week for 20 minutes then that is what we are going to do. If you have plenty of free time and you enjoy long and frequent workouts then I can create a daily activity and recovery plan for you.
That shouldn’t be an issue for me. I’ve worked with people who have had knee, hip, ankle, wrist, elbow, and spine injuries or surgeries. I also worked with a woman who had only half of one arm — while other coaches refused to train her, I found ways to help her get stronger safely. I’ve helped many clients not only train effectively despite injuries but also improve their pain levels and mobility.
